Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with payora. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
2. 7-day refund window
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. No questions asked.
3. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window:
1. Email billing@payora.net with your registered email and organization name
2. We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
3. The refund will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
5. Free plan and trials
The Free plan requires no payment and therefore no refund applies. The 14-day free trial on paid plans also requires no payment — your account is simply downgraded to Free if you do not subscribe.
6. Plan changes
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, no refund is issued for the remaining period. The higher plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the lower plan takes effect.
7. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first annual payment only. No partial refunds are issued for unused months of an annual subscription after the 7-day window.
8. Exceptional circumstances
In cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances, contact billing@payora.net. We will review each case individually and respond within 48 hours.
